Website statistics: This website counts visits without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Per request we process the IP address and the browser identifier solely to derive an anonymous visitor ID that changes every day; the IP address is hashed immediately and is never stored in plain text. Recorded are: page visited, referring website, country, browser, device type, screen size, time spent on the page and scroll depth. These data are evaluated in aggregate only. No profile is created and there is no tracking across other websites. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the operation and improvement of this website). Local storage: Tank, measurement, maintenance, dosing, inventory, notes and diary data as well as app settings are stored locally on the device. Without an account these data are not synchronised via Firebase. Use with an account - additionally processed data: - account data: email address and password - synchronisation of local app data to the cloud - tank photos in Cloud Storage AI features (chat, voice input, receipt scan): These optional features send content data to the provider's Reef API server, even without a user account. - Chat: entered questions plus tank context (e.g. measurements, stock) - Voice input: audio recording or transcript for command recognition (microphone access only after permission is granted) - Receipt scan: selected receipt image for purchase text recognition Chat history is stored locally on the device. Processors: - Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage) for sign-in, storage and synchronisation when using an account - the provider's Reef API server for AI features With Firebase, data may be processed on Google servers and transferred to third countries outside the EU. Camera and photos: Access to the camera and photo library only happens after permission is granted, and solely to import selected photos or receipts into the app. Legal basis: - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance) for account and sync - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) for optional AI features and access to microphone, camera or photo library - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) for operation and troubleshooting Retention: Data is stored for as long as the account exists. After account deletion the associated cloud data is removed. Locally stored data remains on the device until the app is uninstalled or reset to factory state. AI requests sent to the Reef API server are used for processing and are not stored permanently as a user profile.
